Culturally Inspired Vegan Degustations at Matcha Mylkbar

 

Ever been on a holiday overseas and struggled to get some really great vegan food? Well the fab team at Matcha Mylkbar want to take you on a trip each month to let you enjoy the cultural flavours and offerings of different cuisines, without leaving Melbourne.

Last month they took their patrons on a journey through Italy, tasting 8 different courses of beautiful Italian Vegan Cuisine that left everyone shocked at the variety of flavours achieved through an all vegan degustation.

This month Executive Chef, Plant based Cam, is creating a tailored menu inspired by Japan, in particular Kyoto with hints of matcha. Sure to be memorable culinary experience, there are limited seats at each of these nights. Which are planned for once a month.

The Kyoto night is set for Thursday the 28th June and Friday the 29th June with a 6:30pm start. An added bonus to the Kyoto night will be the co-founders of Matcha Maiden & Matcha Mylkbar, Sarah Holloway & Nic Davidson, as they give you a slightly deeper insight into the world and benefits of magical Matcha powder.
