Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

This is a very very simple smoothie recipe.  I think you will find that all of our smoothie recipes are very simple with not too many ingredients but just fresh fruit and a little almond mylk and water.  I mean why would you want to spend more than a couple minutes waiting to inhale this…..right??


Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Print Recipe
Serves: 1 bowl or smoothie Cooking Time: 5 mins


  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • ¾ cup of Blueberries
  • ½ cup of Almond Mylk
  • 1 cup of Water



Put all ingredients into the Blender and blend.


Either pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit or drink from a cup.
