Vegan Almond Power Balls

Everybody loves snacks and these Vegan Almond Power Balls are perfect.  Picture this, you are at work and its 10:30 am, suddenly you feel this overwhelming hunger for a snack.  But wait, you just remembered that you took 15 minutes out of your night last night to make some Vegan Almond Power Balls.

You are filled with joy as you bound to the kitchen and into the fridge to indulge on your snacks.  Then you head back to your desk, jump online and head to our page to thank us for making you make these snacks.

Seems legitimate to me haha.  But seriously, you should make these, they are easy and super tasty.  If you are feeling adventurous why not throw in some goji berries.

Vegan Almond Power Balls

Print Recipe
Serves: 20 Cooking Time: 15 mins


  • 1 cup of Almonds
  • 2 cups of Dates
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp of Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp chia



Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixed through.


Put the mixture into a bowl and roll into small balls.


Use a little extra cacao powder to coat.


Place in the fridge, covered, for one hour before eating.....if you can wait that long.


You can throw in some goji berries or cacao nibs to spice it up if you are feeling adventurous.
