Pineapple Nice Cream

We have never tried Nice Cream before, however it was mid Sunday afternoon, the sun was out and it was the perfect time to try.  Lucky we keep a heap of banana’s in the freezer in bag just for smoothies.  There were plenty left to make this nice cream.

So we know that nice cream is pretty basic in nature.  You get frozen bananas and just all ingredients to them and blend.  This creates all kinds of variety to make, only limited by your mind.  Simple.

I wanted to keep it pretty simple for the first one, and its lucky we did.  Pineapple and banana are two ingredients that a basically a match made in heaven.  It was completely delicious.

If you think you cant make nice cream then you are wrong.  I would suggest starting with something easy like this recipe.  You can then move onto some crazier versions and add things like peanut butter or cacao nibs.  The sky is the limit.

Pineapple Nice Cream

Print Recipe
Serves: 4 or 2 depending on hunger Cooking Time: 5 mins


  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 2 slices of frozen Pineapple
  • 3-4 tbsp of Almond Mylk
  • Some Raspberries for the top



Cut up the Banana and Pineapple to small pieces.


Place in your Blender or Food Processor.


Blend til smooth.


Top with Raspberries and eat immediately.


Add the Almond Mylk in tbsp's depending on how it blends. Add more to loosen it up to mix.
