    Conscious Cravings Co, owner and operator, Darelle Menzies, fondly known as Dee, started making raw treats in her kitchen in 2015. Frustrated with the lack of options for vegans that were also Gluten Intolerant and FODMAP friendly.  Her wholesale business, Conscious Cravings, was going gangbusters and she needed more space.     Lûmé‘s multisensory tasting menu is a journey into the flavours, textures, and ingredients not so frequently travelled. Lûmé opened in 2015 in a South Melbourne terrace house (formerly home to a burlesque club). It is the creation of Australian Chef Shaun Quade and his band of young creatives.
