Crust Pizza has just launched a huge list of new items to the menu on November 6th. The new vegan options aren’t your typical vegan pizzas and sides that you expect to see.
They have developed some new and exciting options, including Vegan ‘Crab’ Cakes and even a ‘Scallop’ Al Funghi Pizza. The new ‘Scallop’ and ‘Crab’ dishes use a sustainable and ethically sourced Heart of Palm, a vegetable which is harvested from the inner core of certain palm trees. The other new options feature Jackfruit, which Crust have used extremely well in the past on their Smokey BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Pizza. A hit amongst the vegan community.

NEW ‘Scallop’ Al Fungi
Sustainably and ethically sourced Heart of Palm ‘scallops’, Baby Spinach, Mushrooms and EVOO, with a light sprinkling of Chilli Flakes, on a creamy base. Garnished with fresh Parsley, Cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt, and finished with a Lemon wedge.

House cooked smokey BBQ Pulled Jackfruit and Caramelised Onions on a BBQ base, topped with fresh Pear, Slaw & Vegan Garlic Aioli.
NEW PERi-PERI JACKFRUIT
House cooked shredded Jackfruit, Roasted Capsicum, Caramelised Onions and Shallots on a Tomato base, topped with Vegan Peri-Peri sauce.
SWEET PEPPERED PINEAPPLE
Peppered Pineapple, Caramelised Onion & Baby Spinach on a Sweet Chilli base garnished with Vegan Aioli & fresh Basil.
