One of the easiest recipes you will find on the internet and it’s absolutely delicious. This vegan cookie dough recipe is perfect for an indulgent snack, or to mix through your banana nice cream.
We used Nuttlex for the vegan butter, which works just fine and we used the Pandaroo Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk which you can get from Woolworths.
Simple Vegan Cookie Dough
- 1/3 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup gluten-free plain flour
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup vegan choc chips
Add your vegan butter and brown sugar to a bowl, microwave for 30 secs or until melted
Stir and mix together until well combined
Add sweetened condensed coconut milk, maple syrup and gluten-free plain flour, then mix together until well combined
Add vegan choc chips and combine
Place in the fridge to chill for 20-30 mins
