The Roti Man

The Roti Man is a contemporary and vibrant Bollywood themed restaurant in Middle Park. Just minutes from the beach. Established in 2005, The Roti Man has developed a reputation amongst locals as a go-to for authentic Indian cuisine. It is busy and bustling every evening.

The décor is bright and lively with colourful scarves and lanterns covering the ceiling, which look especially impressive at night.

Indian food lends itself well to being naturally plant-based. And, after many requests from customers asking for more vegan dishes, The Roti Man have increased their plant-based offerings.

There is an extensive vegetarian menu, with most dishes having the option to be made vegan. The food is authentic and flavourful, with vegetable curries, dahl, spiced bhaji (fritters), salads and wholemeal roti bread. The makings of an Indian feast!

The Food

Favourites include the smoked spice eggplant with aromatic spices, dahl and the fresh chickpea chat salad which is a great accompaniment to the warm curries.

There are plans for the restaurant to start hosting vegan banquet nights, with various curries, breads and side dishes all being plant-based for the night.

The Roti Man also have their own app to make it easy to order take away from the menu.
