Gelatissimo has expanded its vegan gelato range with three new deliciously creamy vegan flavours. The three new flavours have hit all of Gelatissimo stores across Australia, to add to their already impressive list of dairy-free options. But there is a catch. These new flavours will only be available until the 2nd of April.
The three new flavours, Coconut Cherry Choc, Caramel Mudcake and Triple Chocolate are a blend of coconut milk and soy, to produce the perfect plant-based combination of creamy, velvety goodness you want from your gelato.
The Caramel Mud Cake is a creamy vegan caramel gelato flavoured with caramelised sugar, loaded with chunks of golden-brown vegan caramel mud cake – bringing the perfect combination of a sweet caramel profile and a soft chewy texture. While the Triple Chocolate is a rich vegan chocolate gelato sprinkled with Australian-made vegan choc chips and drizzled with a chocolate sauce.
The third vegan flavour of Coconut Cherry Choc hits stores on the 6th March, a creamy coconut water sorbet swirled with a dark cherry compote made with juicy cherries and topped with couverture vegan choc chips.
Gelatissimo’s existing vegan range includes Green Apple, Lemon, Mango, Passionfruit, Raspberry, Strawberry, Sunkissed Coconut, 96 per cent Sugar-Free Chocolate and 98 per cent Sugar Free Strawberry.
