Nestle Has Just Released A Plant-Based Condensed ‘Milk’

Nestle has just unveiled a new Plant-Based Condensed Milk Alternative made of rice and oat flour. Aiming to ease the baking desires of all vegans when trying to cook desserts and treats.

It’s ideal for baking caramel slice, brownies and chocolate chip cookies without using dairy ingredients. Which is a win in our books.

“We know some people struggle to find the right ingredients to replicate even the simplest of dairy-free recipes, so we see home bakers using this new product as an easy solution for their sweet creations,” said Nestle business manager Anna Stewart.

Nestle collaborated with vegan lifestyle advocate and chef Cherie Tu on a range of vegan recipes using the Plant-Based Condensed Milk Alternative, rolling out traditional recipes with a vegan twist, including Brownies, key lime pie and ice cream.

The product is available nationally for RRP $3.99 at most major supermarkets.
