Vegan Seafood Cocktail
This vegan seafood cocktail mimics calamari and crabmeat with the humble mushroom. When cooking with the King Brown Mushroom it takes on the texture of seafood when prepared just like Nadia’s recipe.
Walnut & Mushroom Wellington
A meaty hearty meal without the cruelty. Feast vegan style with all the trademarks of a traditional Christmas roast meal. Serve this up with generous lashings of gravy and a side cheesy broccoli-cauliflower bake.

What’s a roast without gravy? You can have all the trimmings this Christmas with this quick and easy full of flavour recipe. A gluten-free option is included here but note the two slightly different methods in the recipe.
Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake
Our idea of the perfect Christmas side dish is a cheesy veggie bake. This recipe can be made with either nutritional yeast flakes or your favourite vegan store bought melt-able cheese. Or both! Go on, it’s Christmas.
A classic tiramisu contains egg yolks and egg whites. In this vegan version, we swap
the eggs for a cornflour custard and aquafaba for egg whites. And it gets pretty close
to the real thing, if not better!
