If you are like me, you like to make things quick and easy in the morning. That means a simple fresh smoothie for breakfast.
We keep an abundance of frozen fruits in our freezer and usually mix up the recipes each day. Most of the time not even measuring quantities. But if you like to follow a recipe, here is an easy one for you.
Frozen dragonfruit can be harder to come across, so feel free to swap it out with other berries that are fresh or frozen. It is usually good to have at least one frozen fruit in your smoothie to keep them cool. Our smoothies usually start with a base of unfrozen ripe banana.

Quick and easy smoothie for summer breakfast
- 2 Bananas fresh or frozen
- 2 cups dragon fruit frozen
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Top with hemp seeds and coconut, optional
