This is a very very simple smoothie recipe. I think you will find that all of our smoothie recipes are very simple with not too many ingredients but just fresh fruit and a little almond mylk and water. I mean why would you want to spend more than a couple minutes waiting to inhale this…..right??
- 2 frozen Bananas
- ¾ cup of Blueberries
- ½ cup of Almond Mylk
- 1 cup of Water
- Put all ingredients into the Blender and blend.
- Either pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit or drink from a cup.
