This is our Triple T smoothie. Its Totes Tropical Tasty Smoothie day today and we are positive you will love this. It’s very simple too.
I’m sure someone else has done this combination before but I was just sitting down thinking, what fruits do I love that are yellow. The answer is pineapple, mango and banana. So let’s put that in a smoothie and eat it. It’s that simple. We also tried out the Crumble toppings from The Wild today which was killer. Definitely going to buy a heap more from them. I would go as far as to say I would eat it without the smoothie.
I feel like all smoothies are pretty easy, just think about 3 types of fruit you like and put them into a blender with some water or almond mylk. You will most likely end up with something very delicious that you will make time and time again.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup of mango
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1/2 cup of almond mylk
- 1 cup of water
- Throw them all into your blender and get it going.
- Blend till smooth.
For toppings, I use all sorts of things. We just tried The Wild Crumble which is so damn good. But just top it with some fresh fruit and you are good to go.
