Get Your Greens Pasta

Get Your Greens Pasta

This pasta dish is quick, easy, and a hit with the whole family. Even our toddler likes it! And, it’s a sneaky way to feed the family their greens. All you need is a blender or food processor and fresh healthy veggies! This recipe is the creation of Emilly Sonsie, who recently chatted to us with other parents about what they feed their children on a vegan diet.

Emilly Sonsie is one of our favourite recipe creators, but she’s more than that. She’s a Mother, Primary Teacher, fitness enthusiast, plant-based advocate, recipe developer, and the list goes on. A passionate plant-based warrior that has a number of great cookbooks available on her website. Of which we love the Kids in the kitchen book. Complete with 15 sweet recipes, 15 savoury recipes, and the part we love the most, an extra 14 activity pages to extend cooking beyond the kitchen plus colouring pages for the kids.

This recipe isn’t in that particular book but we have tried it before and love it so much, we had to share.
