In this enlightening and hands-on class, hosted by owner Lorenzo Tron and Head Chef Edoardo Nicita, you will be taken on a journey through sharing their own stories and what inspires them to take crowd favourites Focaccia and Cassata to new vegan heights!
Shop 225’s recipes have attracted a cult following of locals and people across town with their simple Italian ethos, vegan and gluten-free offerings. Although the dishes are traditionally made with regular flour, butter, eggs and cream, Shop 225 will provide a detailed demonstration before guiding you step-by-step on how to substitute these ingredients and reinvent them.
By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence and knowledge to veganise two classic dishes that are also Gluten-Free, whilst also learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients appropriate for vegan cooking!

Where: From the comfort of your own home! All you need is access to Zoom on your device of choice and we will take care of the rest!
How: Once they have confirmation of your ticket purchase, they will send you all the necessary instructions including your Zoom meeting ID and password, a list of the ingredients you will need and the recipe for the afternoon.
