Strawberry & Cream Royal Cake
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1/2 flax seed meal + 1 extra tablespoon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
- 1 cup of coconut sugar
Mix all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Mix well until combined.
Then add to a standard sized lined cake time OR three mini cake tins (for a tiered cake)
Bake in the oven for approx. 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees.
Use 1/2 cup of natural coconut yogurt, and few tablespoons of strawberry jam and berries to decorate
