Simple Vegan Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup gluten-free plain flour
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup vegan choc chips

Instructions

  1. Add your vegan butter and brown sugar to a bowl, microwave for 30 secs or until melted

  2. Stir and mix together until well combined

  3. Add sweetened condensed coconut milk, maple syrup and gluten-free plain flour, then mix together until well combined

  4. Add vegan choc chips and combine

  5. Place in the fridge to chill for 20-30 mins
