Wash your brussel sprouts and slice in half
Place in a large bowl and coat with the garlic and onion powder, followed by 1 tbsp of the olive oil and toss well.
Place a large pan on low heat and place the remaining olive oil in the pan.
When the pan is hot, place the brussel sprouts cut side down into in the pan and cover with the lid.
Check to make sure they are not burning but after approx 5-6 mins they should have a nice char or caramelisation on the bottom.
At this stage add in the Veef Bacon Bits and toss with the brussel sprouts.
Cook on medium-high for another 3-4 mins or until the bacon bits are crispy.
Serve.
