Sophie O’Connor 

Sophie is currently a student at the University of Melbourne studying geography, with a passion of Indigenous environmental justice. She has a dream of pursuing a food-oriented career, ideally opening up her own vegan café or restaurant.

Vegan for 4 years, she spends any free moment thinking about cooking, and exploring different foods and cultures. She translates this passion into recipe writing and assisting people with the transition to veganism through cooking.
