So we had our resident mixologist put together 5 sensational cocktails that you can make easily and sip while you work from home, all made with a delicious non-alcoholic spirit, Banks Botanicals.
How To Make A Raspberry Bramble
Ingredients
-50ml Banks Botanicals
-20ml Pineapple juice
-20ml Lime Juice
-15ml Vanilla syrup
-Small handful of fresh raspberries.
Method
Ice your glass first.
Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker. Add all ingredients. Dry shake and double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a rim of cinnamon sugar and fresh raspberries.
How To Make A Mocha Martini
Ingredients
-50ml Banks Botanicals
-50ml Espresso
-20ml sugar-free chocolate syrup (if not sugar-free, use Hersheys) or spiced maple syrup
-Sprinkle of nutmeg
Method
Wattleseed (one of the botanicals of Banks) goes really well with chocolate and nutmeg so thought to marry them up and make a mocha martini!
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ide. Hard shake and double strain into a coupe glass. dust the top with nutmeg sugar.
How To Make A Pellini
Ingredients
-50ml Banks Botanicals
-15ml Lime Juice
-30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
-15ml vanilla agave
-20ml peach nectar
-A couple of mint leaves
Method
Ice your glass first.
Then add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
How To Make A Toucan
Ingredients
-50ml Banks Botanicals
-30ml passion fruit puree
-20ml Lemon juice
-20ml Falernum
-20ml Aquafaba
-San Pel blood orange to top.
Method
Right sounds like a lot but it is a tropical party in your mouth! Add all ingredients to the shaker except san pel. Dry shake then wet shake. Double strain into a highball top with ice and san pel. Garnish with dehydrated orange and half a passionfruit.
How To Make A Smokey Botanist
Ingredients
-60ml Banks Botanicals
-10ml smoked rosemary syrup
-bar spoon of hibiscus syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir down for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a Hibiscus flower
