With there very own plant-based protein blend that fries and tastes exception, it’s hard not to crave this every day. Based on the Turkish Kevab, the protein is gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, sugar-free but still packs the flavour you want, with the texture hitting the spot also.
Angie Yaka has been a chef for over 10 years and wanted to bring something unique to Sydney road. The result was exceptional and has created a cult following in the area, which grows on a daily basis.
The Food
The plant-based meat, being gluten-free, offers you the choice for traditional kebab but also to change it up to gluten-free, and stack some salads on the side. There are over 10 salads on a daily basis, which change continually. All full of flavour and freshly made.
The highlight though, in my humble opinion, is the Vegan Halal Snack Pack (H.S.P). A base of freshly cooked chips, a vegan cheese sauce, their plant-based protein and smothered with barbeque sauce, mayonnaise & hot sauce. It is not something you should miss.
