This family-friendly, Beulah Park cafe is SAHA good, you won’t wanna miss out. We can’t help ourselves when it comes to lining up a good pun, but you wanna know a fun fact? SAHA actually means ‘health’ in Arabic. So it IS good for you and the perfect place to try middle eastern cuisine if you haven’t already.
This all day breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe serves up dishes that overflow with middle eastern inspired flavours. When Abdoullah and Jenanne Mehio opened the doors to SAHA in 2017, their goal was to bring Lebanese fusion into a Western menu. They work alongside head chef, Andrew Ivas, to dish up traditional Lebanese cuisine made from fresh and local produce around Adelaide.
When developing the menu, Abdoullah and Jenanne understood that Vegetarian and Vegan food is already an inherent part of Lebanese cuisine, so it was a no-brainer decision to add options that cater to vegetarians and vegans to their menu.
While they already have vegetarian and all-vegan dishes available, SAHA cater their non-vegetarian dishes to accommodate your preferences as well.
You’ll find the usual brunch faves on their menu, e.g. smashed avo and bircher muesli, but we suggest you step out of your comfort zone and dive deep into the flavours of Lebanese cuisine. Whether you’re heading there for breakfast or lunch, we recommend their Fatteh dish or their Persian pancakes.
