All this time locked away has us craving French toast. So we decided to add the new plant-based milo to the mix and stack up this Vegan Milo French Toast for the weekend. The perfect breakfast in bed.

Vegan Milo French Toast
- 4 Slices Thick Bread
- 3 tbsp Plant-Based Milo For Sprinkling
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 tbsp Vegan Choc Spread We used Four Nuts
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Place the almond milk, vanilla, corn flour, flaxseed meal & cinnamon into a bowl and which together. Leave for 10 mins.
Dip your slices of bread into the mixture and then straight into a hot pan, with some nuttlex to help prevent sticking.
Fry off on each side until golden brown. Approx 2-3 mins per side
Stack your slices and drizzle with vegan choc spread and sprinkle with the plant-based milo.
Add strawberries to the top for a fresh burst.
