Summer Nights Are Back At Queen Vic Markets & Better Than Ever

After hibernating for two years, Melbourne’s favourite summer market is back! Bring on all the fun vibes and cocktails this summer at Queen Vic Market. The market will be doing what they do best, showcasing all the delicious street foods, fun cocktails, shopping and of course live music by local performers every Wednesday night from 5th January to 6th April.

Bring your friends, family and some very empty belly to explore the incredible global tastings including healthy traditional lebanese from Atiyah, Sri Lankon street food from Drums, delicious steamed baos from Wonder Bao and polish dumplings from Pierogi Pierogi. And of course dessert because a meal is not complete without something sweet to tie the knot. Expect dessert options like coconut base chocolate gelato from Mercato Gelato or fluffy dutch pancakes from The Tram Stop.

And if you need a little something to quench your thirst, sip on some freshly pressed sugarcane juice or lemonade to cure the summer heat wave.

If you’re after a more private space to enjoy your food with your company, you can actually book a private table for four or six people ahead of the night.

Not only will the Queen Vic Market showcase incredible food and drink but boasts an array of clothing, jewellery, flowers and many of Melbourne’s favourite creators and makers to shop. If you’re a plant lover, swing by A Prickly Affair for some miniature succulents, cacti, necklaces, bonsai in terracotta pots or if you’re intrigued with what the future holds and love a bit of astrology, Dragonstone Astrology will be holding tarot and astrology readings. For those who want to treat a loved one or maybe you just want to buy yourself some pretty flowers (because why not?!) There are many flower stalls including QN Flowers, M Wonderful Florist and Charlotte Sage.

So bring some good company and be prepared to leave with a happy belly full of food and perhaps a few goodies in hand.
